STUDENT REGISTRATION
Currently enrolled students will receive their registration forms in their Dolphin Folders in May 2006 for the 2006-2007 school year.

Registration procedure for the 2006 – 2007 school year will follow the same procedure as last year. Today, you are receiving a copy of the registration form.
- Registration Form – Please complete the blank form attached to this information and SIGN FORM IN BOTH AREAS ACROSS THE BOTTOM. Form must be completed with emergency contacts with phone numbers.
- If student(s) are not returning please write student’s name and “NOT RETURNING” on the form

RETURN FORM TO THE SCHOOL BY MAY 19th
NO STUDENT WILL BE ASSIGNED A CLASSROOM UNLESS THIS FORM
IS RETURNED.
Parents will NOT need to participate in registration in August if you complete and return this paperwork now.
